My goals as a black belt by Damian Neuner

As I approach belt black and go beyond my hope for training goes past just physical training but to focus on becoming a better teacher and instructor. While I hope to always improve my technique and form, I also wish to improve my abilities to teach. I strive to better help students on their way to black belt. To become a better listener and a better communicator. This way I can better understand how my fellow students' struggles and help them rise. I wish to be the type of black belt that helps others learn. I want to help follow students on their way to black belt. Just as I had wonderful black belts to help me. I also want to be a black belt that pushes others to be their best. Always helping but also listening when needed. A black belt that helps and encourages you to be your best.
