be strong, be gentle, be beautiful --- One of my living Heroes

Keiko Fukuda, 9th dan, is the highest ranking woman in judo histoy. She is also the last living disciple of judo's founder, Jigoro Kano. This is a 10 minute sample of the upcoming documentary film, currently in post production, "Be Strong, Be Gentle, Be Beautiful."

This is an amazing project, about a phenomenal martial artist. the folks at flyingcarp.com are producing this documentary. it would be wonderful to see the finished project.

I am going to donate $10 dollars. Joining in with Tom Callos and his team of "The One Hundred"; which is a group we are members, it is a group of 100 master instructors, changing the world through martial arts. maybe if enough folks join in with a ten dollar donation we can make a difference.
