I am moving forward with my training and all is well. I had so much fun with the self defense workshop, I know we all had fun. Hopefully we will get some more new students from it. I have really been enjoying class lately and I can hardly wait to go back.  My motivation is still very high.

 As long as I stay healthy and my job doesn't interfere to much I hope to stay on schedule. I spent a little extra time with a student last night and had a blast. Teaching really has got a hold on me and I am going to embrace it with both hands. See you all in class.

I had fun too, and so did the participants.  We hope to do more self defense seminars, they are so important.  Thanks for bringing so much positive energy to the workshop, and to every class.  You are on track!
